Habit NPC is a digital habit companion that reflects your real-world habits. The service may read your calendar and related data to provide functionality; we do not store that data on our servers. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Habit NPC. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Habit NPC only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data, or use the service in any way that could harm us or others.
Habit NPC is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kramerica Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use Habit NPC.

Kramerica Technologies LLC is incorporated in Wyoming. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will indicate the last updated date at the top when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
